The IAG Armored Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Ambulance offers an excellent choice for those who require a high level of protection while still maintaining the legendary performance of the Land Cruiser. The Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Series is known for its durability, toughness, and off-road capabilities, and has been a favourite amongst our civilian and military clients. The Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Ambulance can accommodate two patients, and four emergency personnel, including the driver and is fully retrofitted with all necessary medical equipment. It can be armored up to CEN Level B6+ / NIJ Level III. The ambulance features include a foldable primary stretcher and a secondary stretcher, oxygen tanks, IV hooks, ventilator, resuscitator, storage cabinets for medical supplies, comprehensive first aid kit and lots more medical and emergency care equipment and supplies.
Available in both petrol and diesel engines, and in LHD and RHD configurations, this is a popular choice for an ambulance in many countries in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Guardian Xtreme Ambulance
Continuing with the success of the fully certified Guardian Xtreme MRAP vehicle, IAG is proud to offer an ambulance version. The Guardian Xtreme Ambulance offers the same level of ballistic and blast protection as the MRAP with standard STANAG Level 2 ballistic protection and STANAG Level 2a, 2b and 3a blast protection. The Guardian Xtreme ambulance is specifically designed for medical and extraction missions in high risk zones and can quickly respond to remote area threats due to its high maneuverability. It fits a full size medical stretcher and has 2 seats in the rear for medical personnel. All medical personnel seating including driver and commander are military grade certified blast attenuation seats. The ambulance is equipped with electrical sockets, oxygen cylinders, IV hooks, medical cabinets for storage of various medical equipment such as portable suction unit, defibrillator, ventilator, sphygmomanometer, head immobilizer, manual resuscitator, ambo set with adult mask, oxygen masks, syringes and more. The ambulance package is completely customizable to meet any medical mission requirement.

We are utilizing our vehicle and ambulance design expertise to re-design and manufacture specially modified COVID-19 Ambulances that would help protect the lives of front-line workers as they work tirelessly to treat others.
The IAG COVID-19 Ambulances have been customized to include special medical equipment for COVID-19 such as portable ventilator and suction units, patient isolation pods, automatic resuscitator system with extra oxygen supply tanks, advanced vitals’ monitor units, defibrillators, built-in disinfecting system and ample personal protective equipment (PPE) with extra storage. These ambulances also have the rear patient section of the vehicle sealed off to keep the drivers safe from exposure, as well as other specialty features to help deal with highly infectious diseases.
The COVID-19 Ambulances are available on various vehicle chassis in both LHD and RHD such as Ford F550, Ford Transit, GMC Savana, Chevy Express, Toyota Hiace, Toyota Land Cruiser 78, 200, Nissan Urvan, Mercedes Sprinter and more. These specialty ambulances will be offered in non-armored versions, however armored versions will be available upon request.

Ford F-550 Ambulance
The Guardian MAX LTV is a dynamic solution based on commercially available Ford HD truck chassis certified to STANAG LEVEL II level of protection. With optional add on armor the vehicle can be armored up to STANAG LEVEL III. The Guardian MAX is designed to seat up to 5 personnel in the cabin with a large cargo compartment in the rear. The standard configuration includes certified blast mitigation seats equipped with five point harnesses mounted directly on the vehicle structural walls to minimize transmission of shock waves. The mechanical components such as the suspension and braking systems have been designed for superior drivability, off-road capability and to sustain the entire armoring weight plus crew and cargo. The high payload military grade tires are equipped with beadlock tactical wheels and run-flat assemblies and can be outfitted with an optional semi-automatic central tire inflation system (CTIS). To meet specific mission requirements the Guardian MAX can be outfitted with a remote controlled turret, surveillance equipment, or be equipped as a recovery vehicle.

Ford F-350 Ambulance
Similar to the F550, the Ford F350 armored ambulance is an ideally suited platform for ambulance conversion. Its high payload capacity rating allows the frame to support the additional medical equipment required for ambulances, as well as the extra weight of the armoring. Furthermore, various suspension, braking, and tire upgrades are installed on the vehicle to improve its handling characteristics, ensuring that the vehicle remains stable at high speeds even with the additional weight.
This ambulance can be completely customized to the medical team’s needs. Some of the standard options include main and folding stretcher, storage cabinets for medical equipment, IV hooks, patient compartment roof lights and ventilators, auxiliary A/C system, medical attendant bench with seat belts, intercom and much more.

GMC Savana Ambulance
The GMC Savana / Chevy Express armored ambulances are ideal for medical teams looking for powerful engines, ample storage space and affordability. The GMC Savana ambulance (Chevrolet Express ambulance) feature an upgraded 220 amp alternator, isolated 2nd battery, rear HVAC heat and air conditioning system, 4 wheel antilock/disk brakes, one 120/240 V. power outlet, and two 12-volt auxiliaries, daytime running lights, driver information center (fuel, speed, oil life, maint., tach., engine hrs, etc.), external transmission oil cooler, ladder-type frame.
