Toyota Coaster Passenger Bus
The Toyota Coaster is a commonly used model in regions such as the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, making it an ideal platform for armored passenger bus conversion. The Coaster is available with both diesel and gasoline engines and a 5-speed manual gearbox and can be armored to the CEN B6/NIJ Level III specifications while maintaining a discrete profile. In order to support the weight of the armoring in addition to providing a high seating capacity, IAG has designed specific upgrades for the armored Toyota Coaster to maximize the vehicle life cycle to provide a reliable solution for armored transport.

Armadillo Armored Bus
IAG is proud to introduce the first in its class, the Armadillo Armored Passenger Bus. Engineered from the ground up, the IAG Armadillo armored bus features high (26 pax and up) passenger capacity, video surveillance systems, gun ports and emergency escape hatches and doors. The powerful turbo diesel engine and heavy duty truck transmission allow for maximum speeds of 70km/hr, ideal for evading dangerous situations. Equipped with 4×4 capability and a heavy duty custom designed suspension and brake systems, allow this bus to handle extremely well in rough terrains and challenging environments. Capable of achieving a 26% gradient makes the Armadillo armored bus highly mobile in mountainous regions. Providing all round protection up to B6/NIJ III level with special counter-IED design makes this vehicle the perfect candidate for secure personnel transport in high risk areas.

GMC Savana Passenger Van
The IAG armored Savana passenger van by GMC is available with either a 6.0L gasoline V8 or 6.6L turbo diesel V8 engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission. Available in regular and extended wheelbase versions, 3500, the vehicle has a seating capacity of up to 9+1 passengers with individual forward facing seat configuration. Each seat can be outfitted with either a lap belt, 3-point seat belt or 4-point seat harness.
With armoring available up to the B6 and NIJ III levels, the armored vehicle is capable of defeating rifle ammunition as well as explosive threats. The IAG engineered upgraded suspension system makes this van ideal for poor road conditions and terrains.
This van is available in both high sulphur and low sulphur diesel configurations depending on the country of use.

Chevrolet Express Transport Van
The Chevrolet Express Transport Van is a commercial van based on the GMT800 General Motors truck chassis. With a high payload capacity to support the armoring and passenger weight, the Chevy Express is a suitable platform for armored passenger van conversion. IAG offers up to CEN B6/NIJ III level armoring that protects the occupants from assault rifles. The interior of the van can be configured as per the client’s specifications with seating capacity up to 10 passengers.
Sharing the same 6.6L Duramax turbo diesel engine as the GMC Savana, IAG is also capable of converting the engine for use with high sulphur diesel fuel that is commonly found in countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan.

The F550 bus can be customized using several wheelbase options to safely transport from small to large groups of people in hostile environments. The interior can be completely customized as per the mission requirement’s and outfitted with bench seat, bucket seats, bespoke luxury seats with laptop tables and several recline positions and much more.

Mercedes Benz Sprinter Bus
The IAG armored Mercedes Sprinter Bus is customized to provide seating capacity of up to 13 passengers, in addition to the driver and co-driver. Utilizing the Mercedes Sprinter cargo van as the base vehicle, IAG has custom designed the rear compartment to provide seating for up to 13 PAX. Vehicle armoring provides ballistic and blast protection for all vehicle occupants in the driver and passenger compartments. This platform is available in both left-hand drive (LHD) and right-hand drive (RHD) versions thus making it suitable for use worldwide.
Luxury custom designed interiors are also available in cooperation with Lexani Motorcars. Toyota Hiace Passenger Van
The IAG Toyota Hiace Armored Van is an economical, low profile armoring solution for the transportation of personnel in hostile environments. With a seating capacity of up to 7 PAX in the rear plus 1 driver and 2 codrivers in the front, the B6 armored van protects the occupants from high powered rifle ammunition and explosive threats. In order to support the weight of the armoring at full capacity, various components of the vehicle are replaced with upgraded heavy duty parts. Ideal for operations in urban areas as it blends well with the local traffic. The Toyota Hiace is available in both LHD and RHD configurations.

Nissan Urvan Armored Van
The Nissan Urvan is highly suitable for personnel transport with seating capacity of 8, featuring an interior that is designed for functionality and comfort. The Nissan Urvan armored van can be also configured for cargo transport. It is a popular model due to its power and cargo room advantage over its competitors, and can be outfitted with ballistic armoring up to the B6/B6+ level of protection. Similar to other compact vans, the Urvan is ideal for city traffic and highly dense urban areas.
