The armored Chevrolet Silverado HD pickup truck features heavy duty capacity combined with a luxurious and comfortable interior.  Available in either the 2500 or 3500 HD configuration , the truck has powerful V8 engine options (diesel or gasoline), heavy duty automatic transmission and a 4×4 AWD system, making it highly suitable for armoring.  It can be used for many applications from armored pickup to patrol truck and cash-in-transit vehicle.  It can be armored up to CEN B6 and NIJ level III.  The added blast floor protection and tires with runflat inserts are security options included as part of the standard armoring package.
