The Chevrolet Express Transport Van is a commercial van based on the GMT800 General Motors truck chassis. With a high payload capacity to support the armoring and passenger weight, the Chevy Express is a suitable platform for armored passenger van conversion. IAG offers up to CEN B6/NIJ III level armoring that protects the occupants from assault rifles. The interior of the van can be configured as per the client’s specifications with seating capacity up to 10 passengers.
Sharing the same 6.6L Duramax turbo diesel engine as the GMC Savana, IAG is also capable of converting the engine for use with high sulphur diesel fuel that is commonly found in countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
